CA Shalin Patel – Founder Partner

CA Shalin Patel has nearly 16 years of professional experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He is a Commerce Graduate from HA College of Commerce, Ahmedabad, Chartered Accountant and CFA chartered holder. Mr Shalin Patel is also registered with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) as Insolvency Professional as well as Registered Valuer for Securities/ Financial Assets.

Since 2006, he has been working in the field of investment banking and corporate finance consulting. He has worked with different organisations including Category I Merchant Banker and Consulting firm until 2017 when he independently ventured into management consultancy & advisory.

He believes and encourages others to believe a famous quote by Charles Kettering – “A problem well stated is a problem half solved” and to apply it in all real world scenarios. His role at SASL is to invest in long term relationships with clients, explore new professional opportunities and navigate human resources to achieve goals. In addition, he continually strives to ensure we have a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning for clients’ benefit.

CA Devel Patel – Founder Partner

CA Deval Patel is a post graduate of commerce, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. She has nearly 8 years of professional experience into accounting, audit, direct & indirect taxes, corporate finance etc. After completing CA in 2012, She joined an Ahmedabad based listed company in Oil & Gas Sector as Manager – Accounts & Finance. Later on she also worked with Ahmedabad based infrastructure firm engaged into road construction.

At SASL, she leads execution team as well as takes care of regulatory aspects under Income Tax Act, Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, RBI etc. She believes that perseverance is the only way to success and she keeps on practicing it to improve as a professional. In addition to leading an execution team, she continually motivates & find ways for team to become knowledge seekers rather than knowledge takers.

Khushali Patel is pursuing CA and CPA (USA) and brings much needed knowledge & experience in the fields of internal audits, management audits, financial due diligence to SASL.

Urvi Dave is a Master in Commerce and has done post graduate diploma in business management. She looks after areas such as industry research and financial modelling.

Ritu Agarwal is a Commerce graduate and has done MBA with specialization in finance. She looks after Research in the areas of industry / sector analysis, government policies & incentives and global macro events.

Mansi Shah

Mansi Shah is Master in Commerce, completed Certified Financial Planner and is currently pursuing CFA from CFA Institute, USA. She mainly looks after execution of Valuation Advisory Assignments.

He is qualified as Master of Engineering (M.E.), Masters in Personnel Management, Chartered Engineer, F.I.V., M.I.E., M.I.I.E, M.I.S.T.E. His firm, being on panel of reputed public sector undertakings, government department, nationalized, cooperative banks and sugar factories, has completed more than 11,500 valuation assignments and more than 650 Techno Economic Viability (TEV) and Lenders’ Independent Engineers (LIE) assignments.
